How to manage yourself during the Pandemic?
While the COVID-19 pandemic continues to rage in parts of the world, affecting over various countries and causing deaths. This was certainly something we rarely expected. China made a virus and the whole world had to suffer its mutations. Undoubtedly each country has proven its Unique mutation and has named it too. Life has changed drastically in these times from going to trips and schools. We are now watching the world through videos and online classes. We humans think that we are the most superior but here we understood nature is the Supreme and we are just getting a feel of how the other animals in our planet are trapped in cages, and indoors. Karma is what is playing a role in this Pandemic.
Now the question is that what should we do in this Pandemic?
1) Follow The three W’s:
If you just guessed it right, great. The three W’s are Working out, working from home and Watching any type of Entertainment. These are the main things how Quarantine and sitting at home can be fun! Working out is the first thing you do as it adds energy. Trust me you will feel so energized the entire day and then Working if not studying for the rest of the day and finally end your day with watching your Favorite series.
2) Cook, Cook, Cook, Cook ………
If I just caught you singing the iconic Hindi song which says cook cook cook cook cook cook cook cook. I get you and this is a bliss about these times. You can master any form or cuisine by learning through YouTube videos and impress your family members through your finest culinary skills and Binge eating them thoroughly.
3) Another W’s Which are very Important….
This is an important thing if you are going outside to follow the Three outside home W’s which is always Wearing a Mask, Avoid using cloth masks it gives Least protection. Go for the Surgical or N-95 ones. Remember to not keep the mask below your nose! After you go outside come back home wash your hands, although bathing once you reach home is recommended for yours and others safety.
Maintain social distancing of 6 ft among the crowd.
4) Lastly BREATHE…
Just breathe. stay there and relax. We know this Pandemic isn’t going to come on a standstill all of a sudden. It takes Time and patience with a positive attitude. There is definitely going to be a day where we can remove our masks and move Freely. Vaccines are the saviors so get a shot of it.
We should not take stress
Pandemic is indeed a worst time, daily we hear news of the covid cases and deaths which cause our mental health to deteriorate. Also, the virus threat makes each one of us anxious. If we touch one item at the store, we tend to worry if we have contracted the virus, while taking a parcel from our doors, when we step out in balcony, or when we forget to sanitize our hands. In order we don’t stress much we need to accept by not overthinking moreover, we are all safe in our homes and Have our families with us, isn’t that a blessing? If we have families who are far from us then we can video-call and same with our friends.
Some benefit of this Pandemic
Think about Your body isn’t getting exposed to pollution, sunlight so treating and giving your body that extra care by pampering our self adds the cherry to the cake. You can now complete your goals which you’ve always thought about and listen to music. This is a time we spend time with them, watch all the webseries you always wished for, learn a new Instrument or a language and be creative just the way you are. Isn’t this a boon we got? Instead of thinking we are locked up in the Lockdown, we must have a positive attitude towards this life and use every moment of it. In case you are found to be free, do all the chores in Home and help others. Play a Game which doesn’t involve technology. Exercise regularly and Meditate every morning.This too shall pass and Our lives will be like the 2019s soon!!!
