How to awaken the third eye? Mantra to open the third eye?
Friends, it is not a part of our physical body, but a part of the Spiritual system, that is, the life system beyond the physical. This chakra can be realized by reaching the state of true meditation as told by Adiyogi.
When this chakra is awakened, the mind reaches the state of supreme bliss, that is, all the pain, tribulation, malice, etc. defects of the mind are destroyed forever. For these reasons, it is also known as Yoghridaya and Sukhman.
What Upanishads Say about Third Eye
Explaining this in the Upanishads, it has been written that the seeker who awakens this chakra starts hearing the inner voice. These inner voices are the words of God himself. When this sound becomes completely clear, then the doors of the Universe are opened for the seeker and he is allowed to move anywhere in the whole Universe. That’s why it is called Ajna Chakra.
How to open the third eye
To awaken this chakra, the seeker has to first awaken it from Muladhara Chakra to Vishuddha Chakra. Only after the awakening of the Vishuddha Chakra, the seeker becomes capable of awakening the Ajna Chakra. For its awakening, it is necessary to follow the methods of meditation told by Adiyogi Shiva himself.
How Shiv Ji burnt Kamadeva with his Third Eye
Friends, you must have heard that once Kamadeva shot his Kama arrow at Lord Shiva, due to which Lord Shiva opened his third eye and Kamadeva burnt to ashes there.
What actually happened was that once when Lord Shiva was sitting in meditation, he experienced something different. When he noticed, he found that it was the origin of sexual lust (Kama) in him. Then Shiva used his sixth chakra to destroy this lust from within forever.
So this is the power of the third eye that it can eliminate all kinds of lust within the awakened seeker and after that, the mind of the seeker is always immersed in ecstasy.
What does Science Say about it?
Friends, even in physiology, a gland has been discovered right in the middle of the forehead, which is called the pineal gland. Once this gland starts secreting, then the human mind is filled with immense happiness. The secretion of this gland gives a feeling of more pleasure than sexual intercourse.
I do not know whether this gland has any relation with the third eye or not. But if you have any idea about it, then definitely tell us.
